Raising awareness & funds for the fight against Synovial Sarcoma (A rare cancer)
Isobel Sheppard was a bright and spirited 12-year-old who faced the challenges of a rare cancer (synovial sarcoma) with immense bravery and determination.
Her journey began with a diagnosis that led her to confront the harsh realities of cancer, a full amputation of her right leg.
Isobel stood resilient, embraced life, and inspired those around her with her unwavering positivity. Tragically, Isobel's battle came to an end when aged 15 she experienced a relapse that took her life far too soon.
In honour of her memory, Isobel's Legacy was established to raise awareness and funds for greater understanding, and treatment for synovial sarcoma.
This initiative not only celebrates Isobel's courageous spirit but also aims to illuminate the path for others affected by this rare and aggressive form of cancer.
Isobel's Legacy strives to ensure that her story does not end with her, but instead becomes a catalyst for change, research, and hope for future generations.
